Colors on the Beach

When I see a sunny day my greatest wish is to go straight to the beach and today I had a nice tour in Playa d’ en Bossa and then in Cap Des Falcò .

Many beach club have just opened, but the beaches are still quite empty, even if you feel in the air that the season is about to begin .

Today I really felt like having a touch of color and I chose this beautiful handmade dress by designer Dora Herbst that fits perfectly with my inseparable straw bag that I use on every occasion. The accessories are all handmade: Fig Tree Ibiza necklaces which are really sweet, the colored bracelets of Anatomy of Love Ibiza and the etnic one by Ahh Nells by Sonia.

Cuando veo el sol mi mayor deseo es ir directamente a la playa y hoy me hice un recorrido entre Playa d’en Bossa, que es hermosa en esta época del año, y Cap des Falcó .

Muchos Beach clubs acaban de abrir pero las playas están todavía libres y tranquilas , aunque se sienta en el aire que la temporada está a punto de comenzar.

Hoy necesitaba un toque de color y elegí este hermoso vestido hecho a mano por la diseñadora Dora Herbst, siempre con mi bolsa de paja inseparable que utilizo en cada ocasión. Los accesorios son todos hechos a mano, desde los dulces collares de Fig Tree Ibiza, hasta las pulseras de Anatomy of Love Ibiza y de Ahh Nells por Sonia .

¿Estáis listos para venir a Ibiza ?? Espero que mis sugerencias de lugares para visitar y disfrutar os puedan ser útiles .

Quando vedo il sole un mio grande desiderio è quello di andare subito in spiaggia e oggi ho fatto un giro a Playa d’ en Bossa, bellissima in questo periodo dell’ anno, e poi a Cap Des Falcò.

Molti beach club hanno appena aperto, ma le spiagge sono ancora libere e tranquille, anche se si sente nell’ aria che la stagione sta per iniziare.

Oggi avevo proprio voglia di un tocco di colore e ho scelto questo bellissimo vestito fatto a mano della stilista Dora Herbst e sempre con la mia inseparabile borsa di paglia che uso in ogni occasione. Gli accessori sono tutti fatti a mano, dalle dolci collanine di Fig Tree Ibiza, i bracciali di Anatomy of Love Ibiza e di Ahh Nells by Sonia.

My Boho Countryside Style

What a luck i have to wear beautiful creations today!!! A lot of incredible Designer live in Ibiza, and with a fantstic boho and hippy style, that i like to wear in a easy way so they are perfect also in a city.

The jacket and the top have been created by the designer of Linnea Ibiza and the original hat by Ahh Nells by Sonia. All these are handmade and created with a big passion! Soon more news, travels, outfit and photoshooting!! Follow me!!!

Que suerte he tendo hoy poder llevar unas prendas tan bonitas y originales!! En Ibiza viven muchos disenadores de moda a quein les encanta este estilo bohemio que tanto me gusta, perfecto para la isla pero tambien para la ciudad junto con ropa mas casual.

La jaqueta es de la disenadora sueca Linnea Ibiza y el sombrero super original de Ahh Nells by Sonia. Todas estas meravillas son hechas a manos y con mucha pasion!!

Che fortuna oggi potere indossare questi bellissimi capi!!

Ibiza è un’ isola dove vivono molti designer di grande talento ed originalità, soprattutto in questo stile bohemian esotico, che amo indossare in modo casual, adatto anche per la città e non solo nella nostra isla blanca!!!

E’ bello potere mantenere il proprio stile ovunque andiamo, ma sono la prima ad ammettere che qui ad Ibiza c’è un aria di libertà di espressione molto più presente rispetto ad altri luoghi. Allora per questo amo molto fare mix tra capi più eclettici e colorati abbinati a cose più semplici e sobrie.

Giacca e top sono della stilista svedese creatrice di Linnea Ibiza e questo originalissimo cappello di Ahh Nells by Sonia, tutte creazioni uniche e fatte a mano, da persone veramente speciali e che lo fanno con una grande passione.

My favourite…Rose&Tourquoise

I love mixing pink and light blue and I find them the very special boho colors.

Part of what I wear I found them at the Hippodrome, the saturday market in San Jordi and I must say that my “treasure hunt” went really well.

Shoes, blouse and bag for only 24, 50 Euro. Not bad !!!

Come già sapete perch l’ ho scritto in altri post mi piace molto mixare il rosa con l’ azzurro: insieme mi trasmettono dolcezza e mi fanno sentire proprio in stile bohemien.

Parte dei capi che indosso li ho trovati al mercato del sabato, l’ Hippodrome, a San Jordi e devo dire che la mia “caccia al tesoro” è andata proprio bene.

Scarpe, blusa e borsa per soli 24, 50 euro. Non male!!!

Walk&Talk in San Juan Market

Sunday is going to become my favourite day, mainly in this season of the year and that’s because of several events having place on the island.

Today i went to the San Joan Market, i have already spoken about in an october post, and the new market in Atzarò.

The wind was quite strong bringing cold air from the north but it was still sunny and pleasant day.

The road to San Juan is very nice. It passes thru the green fields of Ibiza countryside.

San Juan is built mainly on the sides of the main road. It is a quiet village in a hilly area with its white houses and white church, but on Sundays it transforms and becomes alive with music and color, people of all nationalities , artisans and producers, fashion designers and artists .

The reasons why I go there, as well as to meet my friends, is to buy fruits and vegetables from dear Eugenio, farmer coming form Ecuador who lives here in Ibiza , and that always has a great choice of products for smoothies and fresh juices, and to buy vegan&organic bread and cupcakes made by ” Raices de Ibiza ” , an always smiling and very kind spanish couple.

I recommend you to try their Xeixa bread, made of ancient variety of wheat , which they started to grow themselves here in Ibiza. I find it very digestible and taste sweet and delicious. Really try it!!

Definitely it will not be the last post where I talk about this market so I keep some gem for the future.

La domenica sta diventando uno dei miei giorni preferiti qua ad Ibiza, soprattutto nel periodo fuori stagione in cui i momenti per incontrarsi tra noi “abitanti” dell’ isola sono più selezionati.

Gli eventi domenicali sono sempre più numerosi e oggi ho deciso di visitarne due: il mercatino di San Juan, sul quale ho già scritto un post ad ottobre, e il nuovo mercatino artigianale da Atzarò del quale vi parlerò prossimamente.

Il vento di tramontana portava un’ aria un pò fredda dal nord, ma in qualche angolino riparato e con il sole si stava veramente bene.

La strada per arrivare a San Juan dal sud dell’ isola è molto bella, attraversa la campagna ibizenca tra i campi color verde acceso in questo periodo dell’ anno.

San Juan, che si sviluppa principalmente sulla strada principale, è un paesino tranquillo in una zona collinare con le sue casette e la chiesa bianchi, ma la domenica si trasforma e si ravviva di musica e colori, gente di tutte le nazionalità, artigiani e produttori, creatori di moda ed artisti.

Una delle ragione per cui vado, oltre che per ritrovare amici, è comprare la frutta e la verdura dal caro Eugenio, produttore dell’ Ecuador che vive qua ad Ibiza, e che ha sempre una grande scelta magnifica per i miei frullati e succhi freschi, e per prendere il pane e dolcetti vari vegani ed organici e Raw Food di “Raices de Ibiza”, una coppia spagnola sempre sorridente e gentilissima.

Vi consiglio di provare il pan de Xeixa, un antico cereale che proviene dall’ Asia occidentale, e che da poco si è ripreso a essere coltivato qua ad Ibiza.

Lo trovo molto digeribile e dal sapore dolce e delizioso. Veramente da provare.

Sicuramente non sarà l’ ultimo post in cui parlo di questo mercatino quindi mi tengo qualche chicca per le prossime volte. 🙂
