My favourite…Rose&Tourquoise

I love mixing pink and light blue and I find them the very special boho colors.

Part of what I wear I found them at the Hippodrome, the saturday market in San Jordi and I must say that my “treasure hunt” went really well.

Shoes, blouse and bag for only 24, 50 Euro. Not bad !!!

Come già sapete perch l’ ho scritto in altri post mi piace molto mixare il rosa con l’ azzurro: insieme mi trasmettono dolcezza e mi fanno sentire proprio in stile bohemien.

Parte dei capi che indosso li ho trovati al mercato del sabato, l’ Hippodrome, a San Jordi e devo dire che la mia “caccia al tesoro” è andata proprio bene.

Scarpe, blusa e borsa per soli 24, 50 euro. Non male!!!

Once upon a time..

Once upon a time…

looking at these pictures i feel like a princess as the ones in fairytales who live in their castles wearing beautiful and precious long dresses.

But i am not in a tales or in a fantasy movie, I am in Ibiza, an island where your wishes can come true and where a lot of artists, designers, creators decide to live.

Ylva Kailash is one of them. She is a swedish designer and she came living in the island long time ago. She welcome me and my dear friend and great photographer Eva Genin, in her beautiful home, an ancient and traditional “finca ibizenca”, a mix of bohemian and exotic styles.

This photo shooting is the one that excited us the most, maybe because of the colors of this beautiful silk kimono, blue like the sky with golden stars, or of the light coming trough the trees.

In this place, far from the busy south of the island, in the beauty of Nature, in the silence of the hills, we were really inspired and we created a really magic moment that we could appreciate now thank to the Eva.

This Kimono is amazing, so elegant, majestic, like a medieval lady, but also perfect for a special event nowadays.

C’ era una volta…

Riguardando queste foto mi sembra veramente di essere una principessa come quelle delle favole che vivono nel loro castello, con abiti preziosi, ricamati, lunghi fino ai piedi.

E invece no, sono ad Ibiza, un isola che attira artisti, creativi, persone ispirate e meravigliose, un’ isola dove tutto può accadere.

Ylva Kailash è una di queste persone, designer di origine svedese da anni trasferitasi qua sull’ isola, che ha accolto me ed Eva, la mia amica e bravissima fotografa italo- francese, nel suo atelier- casa, un ‘ antica finca ibizenca da sogno, un mix di sapori e colori bohémien, esotici e tradizionali.

Questa serie di foto è stata quella che ci ha più emozionato, sarà per i colori e la texture di questo kimono in seta blu come il cielo e con decorazioni dorate, sarà per il prezioso angolo o per la luce del sole che penetrava negli alberi.

In un luogo così nella natura, di un’ immensa bellezza, nel silenzio delle colline lontane dalla movida del “sud”, ci si sente ispirati e si cerano momenti davvero magici che la bravura di Eva è riuscita a materializzare in queste fotografie.

Questo Kimono è meraviglioso, imponente, elegante, maestoso, da vera dama medievale, ma perfetto anche ai giorni nostri per un’ occasione speciale.

Presto vi posterò altri bellissimi vestiti, seguitemi sempre sulle nuvole di Ibiza. 🙂

Hippodrome Look #2

On the pictures i am still on the beach i love near Pou des Lleò but having a sportier look than the others, perfect and convenient for an autumn walk in Ibiza.

I already spoke about the big Hippodrome’s Market in San Jordi. Do you remember the first post i wrote, look Hippodrome #1?

I think in this very difficult period that we are passing thru, with big economical problems, it’ s more than fun to go to this kind of markets, trying to find some new things and also sell those we do not use anymore. It’s not only ecologic but more conscious acting.

What i think it’s not so important how much we pay for clothes but the way we wear them.

I loved this clear lilac hoody by Replay with simple blue jeans shorts!

Total cost? 8 euro.

I came back home very happy!!!

Son sempre nella mia bellissima scogliera vicino a Pou des Lleò con un look più sportivo e sbarazzino rispetto agli altri, ma perfetto e comodo per una passeggiata nell’ autunno ibizenco.

Vi avevo già parlato del grande mercato dell’ Hippodrome di San Jordi. Vi ricordate il primo post che avevo fatto, Look Hippodrome #1?

Trovo che in questo periodo particolare, tra problemi economici, crisi, ma soprattutto di maggiore consapevolezza, divertirsi anche a questi “mercati delle pulci” a trovare cose nuove, ma anche a venderne delle nostre che non usiamo più, sia nel giusto spirito ecologista, reciclando ciò che non vogliamo e scambiandolo con chi invece ancora lo trova utile.

Poi si sa…Non è tanto quanto paghiamo una cosa, ma come la indossiamo e l’ abbiniamo.

Mi è piaciuta molto questa felpa con manica a tre quarti color lilla chiaro di Replay abbinata a dei semplici short in Jeans blu!

Totale della spesa? 8 euro!!!

Quindi son tornata a casa contenta! 🙂

Gourmet Lunch at Marcello Leoni’ s Restaurant

I was at lunch in the new restaurant of Chef Marcello Leoni , near in the Bolognas fair neighborhood, built in the new structure called “Porta Europe”, contemporary reminiscent of the old city gates, for a very special event .

As you already know, I’m a good and qualitative food lover. Above all it needs to be made with respect of the animals , so my choices always go to those restaurants that can offer dishes that are also for me: a journey through the flavors but following my ethics .

This modern restaurant by the external shape of a whale was a really big and nice surprise, unique in Bologna : light wood , carpets , high ceilings , soft lighting, a delicate music and sound-proofing from outside, classic and modern at the same time .

Open spaces, the soft and warm atmosphere give the feeling of being at home, where you have pleasure to relax and spend time .

The service is perfect and friendly. I had a big pleasure of speaking with Chef Marcello Leoni, who like a real host, welcomes guests with kindness and gives his culinary sugestions.

The weather was not so cold so I opted for this look that reminded me the trip to Peru with the poncho in wool , but combined with the boot wedge high for a touch more elegant, considering the occasion .

I hope you enjoy it and I recommend , if you go to Bologna, to try this experience of flavors .

L’ altro giorno per un evento molto speciale sono stata a pranzo nel nuovo ristorante dello Chef Marcello Leoni, nella zona fieristica di Bologna, costruito all’ inerno della nuova struttura chiamata Porta Europa, che ricorda in chiave contemporanea le antiche porte della città.

Come già sapete sono un’ amante della buona cucina, non come quantità, ma come qualità, e soprattutto nel rispetto degli animali, quindi le mie scelte vanno sempre verso quei ristoranti che possano offrire anche per me piatti che siano si un viaggio nei sapori ma seguendo la mia etica.

Questo modernissimo ristorante dalla forma esterna di una balena è stata una gradita e inaspettata sorpresa, veramente unico nel panorama bolognese: legno chiaro, tappeti, soffitti altissimi, luce soffusa, una musica delicata e completamente insonorizzato dall’ esterno, classico e moderno al tempo stesso.

Gli spazi ampi, l’ atmosfera soffusa e calda danno la sensazione di trovarsi nell’ intimità di una casa, dove si ha piacere di rilassarsi e trascorrere del tempo.

Il servizio perfetto e cordiale, e il piacere di parlare con lo Chef Marcello Leoni, che come un vero anfitrione, accoglie gli ospiti con la sua gentilezza e dona i suoi consigli culinari.

Per la giornata non troppo fredda ho optato per questo look che mi ha ricordato il viaggio in Perù con il poncho in lana, ma abbinato allo stivale con zeppa altissima per un tocco più elegante vista l’ occasione.

Spero vi piaccia e vi consiglio, se passate per Bologna, di provare questa esperienza di sapori.
