When the almond trees are in bloom, they become the protagonists and perfect framework to make beautiful boho shooting in the countryside.

Boho remains my favorite style and the one that amuses me most. Today I matched the spectacular Ibiza Trendy dress with the camouflage gilet by Linnea Ibiza. Do you like this look??

Quando ad Ibiza ci sono i mandorli in fiore, loro diventano i protagonisti incontrastati e quadro perfetto per fare delle belle foto molto bohemie nei campi anch’ essi ricchi di colore e profumo.

Per quanto possa spaziare per tanti stili, quello Boho rimane il mio preferito e quello che più mi diverte. Ho abbinato il vestito spettacolare di Ibiza Trendy con il Gilet in tessuto mimetico e pizzi di Linnea Ibiza. Ti piace??

Gourmet Experience with Can Deu Ibiza

May I tell you a secret? I love surprises and this is what I love about Ibiza, the island where anything can happen.

Today I was invited to a special and mysterious lunch together with my friends Bloggers Monica and Anita. Direction?? A secret location near Es Cubells.

This invitation have been sent to us by Pablo Diez, creator and chef of “Can Deu Ibiza Cucina Nomade”, a new concept to taste good gastronomic food in secret locations that he choose by himself for Lovers of food and new emotions.

Pablo is an enthusiast in making his guests live a unique and high level culinary experience in places that leave you speechless.

The villa in which he chose to make us this precious surprise had a wonderful view and we could taste delicious dishes prepared with excellent products, many of them from Ibiza with a choice of wines paired for each dish. His menus consist of 5 to 7 dishes, in which he “plays” with products from the land, the sea and with a particular choice for local products or companies he has personally met.

I could appreciate an excellent vegetarian menu made especially for me where flavors of our land were combined with oriental spices and aromas, all served with harmony and beauty with small almond blossoms that adorned our dishes. Even the mise-en-place had that informal, but elegant and refined touch.

What I appreciated the most was the familiarity, the pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, tasting great food in an intimate environment and this new dynamic concept which sees the kitchen as a point of union between people who love to spend unique moment together.

Vi devo svelare un segreto. Io adoro le sorprese e questo è ciò che amo di Ibiza, dove tutto può succedere quando meno te lo aspetti.

Oggi sono stata invitata assieme alle mie amiche Bloggers Monica ed Anita ad un pranzo molto speciale e soprattutto molto misterioso; direzione: una location segreta tra le colline di Es Cubells. A mandarci questo invito è stato Pablo Diez, creatore e chef di Can Deu Ibiza Cucina Nomade, una nuova forma di degustare buon cibo gastronomico in location segrete che lui stesso ricerca per gli amatori del buon cibo.

Pablo è un’ entusiasta della cucina, un appassionato nel fare vivere ai suoi commensali un’ esperienza culinaria unica e di alto livello in luoghi che lasciano a bocca aperta.

La villa che ha scelto per farci questa preziosa sorpresa aveva una vista meravigliosa e abbiamo potuto assaporare deliziosi piatti elaborati con ottimi prodotti, molti dei quali di Ibiza con una scelta di vini abbinati per ogni piatto. I suoi menù sono composti da 5 a 7 piatti, nei quali “gioca” con prodotti della terra, del mare e con una scelta particolare per prodotti locali o di aziende che ha conosciuto personalmente.

Sapendo dei miei gusti, ho potuto apprezzare un ottimo menù vegetariano fatto appositamente per me dove sapori della nostra terra si sposavano a spezie e profumi orientali, tutto servito con armonia e bellezza con piccoli fiori di mandorlo che adornavano i nostri piatti. Anche la mise-en-place aveva quel tocco informale, ma ricercata e fine.

Quello che ho apprezzato è stata la famigliarità, l’ atmosfera piacevole e rilassata, il potere degustare ottimo cibo in un’ ambiente intimo e con questo nuovo concetto dinamico, “nomade”, che vede la cucina come punto di unione fra persone che amano stare bene a tavola, e non per ultimo la sua emozionalità nel raccontarci l’ origine di ogni prodotto e di ogni piatto.

Follow me to Santa Agnes

If I tell you about Ibiza, January, almond trees and spanish tortilla what would immediately come to your mind?

For us who live here on the island the easy answer is Santa Agnes de Corona, the obligatory destination at this time of year for nature and photography lovers that come to take pictures of the white almond flowers.

I enjoyed the tranquility of the most authentic countryside on Ibiza, where tourism has not yet transformed that essence that I love so much, the simple Mediterranean calm.

If you come to Santa Agnes, I suggest you take a walk in the area nearby the small church, eat a tasty tortilla in Can Cosmi and of course take lots of photos.

Today I wear a total look by Onax Ibiza with my precious made in Italy hat by Doria 1905.

I’ll wait for you on the island.

Se ti dico Ibiza, gennaio, mandorli in fiore e tortilla che cosa ti verrebbe subito in mente??

Noi che abitiamo qui sull’ isola lo sappiamo bene e la risposta è Santa Agnes de Corona, la meta obbligatoria in questo periodo dell’ anno per gli amanti della natura e della fotografia che vi accorrono per scattare foto ai candidi fiori di mandorlo dai colori che vanno dal bianco a rosa chiaro.

Io mi sono goduta la tranquillità della campagna più autentica, dove il turismo è arrivato, ma che non ha ancora trasformato quell’ essenza che tanto amo, la semplice calma mediterranea.

Se vieni a Santa Agnes, ti consiglio di fare una passeggiata nella zona adiacente alla piccola chiesa, mangiare una gustosa tortilla a Can Cosmi e poi ovviamente fare tante foto.

Good morning and above all Happy 2018.

Here I am with the first post of the year and I’m back on my beautiful island after my trip to Nepal for the NGO Via Oberta in Nepal. This winter is giving us wonderful temperatures and colors and during the day it seems like spring days so much so that even without a jacket and the sun is a delight.

Today I came to Sant Francesc De S ‘Estany which is located in the Natural Park of Ses Salines, and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of and if you have time and patience you can see many of the protected species in the area like the pink flamingos that are numerous in this period.

My look today is a mix between east and west, something that often happens when I come back from such deep journeys and where I identify a lot for culture and tradition. The dress is from Ruta Ibiza boutique that is located in Vara del Rey and at the moment is one of the most original and glamorous of the island. I have combined it with a warm faux fur bomber jacket by Onax Ibiza.

Bracelets and necklaces from Nepal are in contrast with the blue of the dress, while the earrings and the turquoise ring are from the lovely Charlotte’s wek Uk brand.

I am happy to be here again, but surely a part of my heart will always be with my children in the village of Louruk.

Buongiorno e soprattutto buon 2018.

Eccomi con il primo post dell’ anno e di ritorno sulla mia bella isola dopo il mio viaggio in Nepal per la ONG Via Oberta a Nepal. Quest’ inverno ci sta regalando temperature e colori meravigliosi e di giorno sembrano giornate primaverili tanto che si sta benissimo anche senza giacca ed il sole è una delizia.

Oggi sono venuta a Sant Francesc De S’ Estany che si trova nell’ area del parco naturale delle Saline di Ibiza a Formentera, e dal quale si può godere di una bellissima vista sulle saline e se avete tempo e pazienza potrete osservare tante delle specie protette della zona come i fenicotteri rosa che in questo periodo sono numerosi e vederli è veramente uno spettacolo della natura.

Il mio look è un pò un mix tra oriente e occidente, cosa che spesso mi capita quando torno da viaggi così profondi e in cui mi identifico molto per cultura e tradizione. Il vestito è della boutique Ruta che si trova in Vara del Rey ed al momento è per me una delle più originali e glamour dell’ isola, alla quale ho abbinato un bomberino in pelliccia ecologica color malva di Onax Ibiza, deliziosamente comodo e caldo.

Bracciali e collane così in contrasto con l’ azzurro dell’ abito lì ho presi nel mio viaggio in Nepal, tra Kathmandu e Pokarà, mentre gli orecchini e l’ anello in turchese sono della marca Charlotte’s wek Uk, adorabili.

Sono contenta di essere di nuovo qua, ma sicuramente una parte del mio cuore sarà sempre coi miei bambini nel vilaggio di Louruk.
