Dalt Vila remains for me one of the most fascinating places to visit, here in Ibiza. From the top of the hill, site of the ancient Acropolis you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city and to the south you can see on a clear day the small Pitiusa, Formentera.
Ibiza has centuries of history, which I recommend to everyone to discover because of it’s charm and distant eastern influences brought by the people of the sea – Phoenicians, who baptised this island by name of Ibosim, coming from the name of ancient egyptian god Bes. Do you remember my post about Bes?
So regularly I like to take a walk thru Dalt Vila, I “disguise” as a tourist, and again I am surprised as it was the first time.
After the walk I went to dinner at Superbuono, a nice restaurant on the promenade of Figueretas, with a wonderful seaview. The menu offers many dishes, of which quite a few are vegetarian and vegan made of organic products which as you know is what I prefer: delicious gazpacho with ginger, tomato and peach, a delicious vegan burger and wonderful raw zucchini spaghetti with broccoli, pine nuts and mint . So it’s a definitely a place to go and I cannot wait to return.
As outfit I chose a russet monoshorts by Mango which I combined with shopping bag by La Mansa. The handmade necklace comes from the study of art Argante of Calcata and I like it so much and I wear it very often, while the bracelets are my inseparable Anatomy of Love Ibiza.
I always hope to fall even more in love with my island, its history and its experience.

Dalt Vila resta per me uno dei luoghi con più fascino da visitare qui ad Ibiza. Dal colle alto, sede dell’ antica Acropoli, si può godere di una magnifica vista sulla città e sulla costa sud dell’ isola fino a vedere nelle giornate terse la piccola Pitiusa, Formentera.
Ibiza ha una storia di secoli e secoli, che consiglio a tutti di cercare perchè ricca di fascino ed influenze lontane che vengono dall’ oriente portate dai popoli del mare, i Fenici, che battezzarono la piccola isola Ibosim, dal nome del Dio Bes. Vi ricordate il mio articolo su Bes?
Quindi puntualmente mi piace fare una passeggiata, mi “travesto” da turista, e ancora mi stupisco come fosse la prima volta.
Dopo la camminata sono stata a cena da Superbuono, un grazioso ristorante sulla passeggiata di Figueretas, con una meravigliosa vista sul mare. Il menù offre tantissimi piatti, molti dei quali vegetariani e vegani con prodotti biologici che come sapete è ciò che preferisco: buonissimo il gazpacho con zenzero, pomodoro e pesca, delizioso il burger vegano ed imperdibili gli spaghetti raw di zucchine con broccoli, pinoli e menta. Quindi assolutamente da provare e io non vedo l’ ora di tornarci.
Indosso come outfit un monoshorts di Mango color ruggine che ho abbinato alla shopping bag de La Mansa. La collana fatta a mano viene dallo studio d’ arte Argante di Calcata e mi piace così tanto che la indosso spessissimo, mentre i bracciali sono i miei inseparabili di Anatomy of Love Ibiza.
Spero sempre di farvi innamorare della mia isola, della sua storia e del suo vivere.
