In the White Island everything is possible, and it is thanks to the creativity and passion of an Italian couple, Isotta and Francesco, who have created a truly magical place, The Rabbit Hole.

The Rabbit Hole is a charming restaurant in San Rafael with its precise philosophy: everything is organic, vegan and delicious.

In Ibiza live people coming from all the world and lot of them come to the island for a spiritual path and with a different consciousness. Probably for these reasons the theme of nutrition and food, especially vegetarian and vegan, is very evolved and in the last two years a lot of organic shops opened and also restaurants are increasing the vegetarian choices, but I must admit that The Rabbit Hole is truly unique.

Crossing the door you enter into the world of Alice, full of color, the laugh of the Cheshire Cat, the White Rabbit and beautiful drawings on the walls that remind her fantasy world.

I go very often because I love this type of cuisine and the environment is so familiar and pleasant for me that is perfect for every occasion, even when I’m alone because I feel at home. Inside it’ s lovely and the terrace is perfect for relaxing with a nice fresh juice or a good Yogitea.

Today we ate a delicious salad of the season, hamburger with falafel and the green vegetable. All very good!

So if you come to Ibiza, take a break and have a nice time at The Rabbit Hole.

Alguna vez has pensado en entrar en la madriguera del conejo de Alicia en el país de las maravillas??

En la isla blanca siquiera esto es posible, y es gracias a la creatividad y la pasión de una pareja italiana, Isotta y Francesco, que han creado un lugar verdaderamente mágico, The Rabbit Hole.

El The Rabbit Hole es un encantador restaurante en San Rafael con su filosofía bien precisa: todo es orgánico, vegano y deliciosos.

Ibiza, siendo una isla tan internacional y que siempre ha atraído a gente con una búsqueda espiritual, el tema de la nutrición y la alimentación es muy desarrollado y especialmente en los últimos años han nacido muchas dietéticas orgánicas y en los restaurantes hay siempre mas opciones vegetarianas, pero debo admitir que The Rabbit Hole es realmente único, ya que aparte de la cocina vegana, hay platos macrobióticos y raw food, que actualmente es muy popular y reconocido.

Cruzando la puerta se entra en el mundo de Alicia, lleno de colores, con el gato de Cheshire, el Conejo Blanco y hermosos dibujos en las paredes que recuerdan a su mundo de fantasía.

Yo voy menudo porque me encanta este tipo de cocina y el ambiente es muy familiar y agradable para mí, perfecto para cada ocasión, incluso cuando estoy sola, porque me siento en casa.

Es encantador al interior y la terraza es ideal para relajarse con un buen zumo natural o un buen Yogitea.

Hoy comimos una deliciosa ensalada de temporada, una hamburguesa de falafel y curry verde de verduras. Todo muy rico!

Así que si venis a Ibiza, saltar por el agujero del conejo y disfrutar de un buen moment en The Rabbit Hole.

Nell’ isla blanca anche questo è possibile, ed è grazie alla creatività e alla passione di una coppia di ragazzi italiani, Isotta e Francesco, che hanno creato un luogo veramente magico, The Rabbit Hole.

Il The Rabbit Hole è un grazioso ristorantino a San Rafael con una sua filosofia ben precisa: tutto è biologico, vegano e delizioso.

Ad Ibiza, essendo un’ isola così internazionale e che ha sempre richiamo gente con una ricerca spirituale, il tema di nutrizione e cucina è molto evoluto e soprattutto negli ultimi anni si trovano sempre più boutique bio e ristoranti con scelte vegetariane, ma devo ammettere che The Rabbit Hole è veramente unico, perchè a parte la cucina vegana, hanno piatti macrobiotici e raw-food, attualmente molto in voga e riconosciuti.

Varcando la soglia si entra proprio nel mondo di Alice, pieno di colori, incantato, con lo Stregatto, il Bianconiglio e bellissimi disegni alle pareti che ricordano il suo mondo fantastico.

Io ne sono un assidua frequentatrice perché adoro questo tipo di cucina e l’ ambiente è così famigliare e piacevole che per me è perfetto in ogni occasione, anche quando sono da sola perché mi sento come a casa. E’ grazioso all’ interno e la terrazza chill out è perfetta per rilassarsi con un bel succo fresco o un buon Yogitea.

Oggi abbiamo mangiato la deliziosa insalata di stagione, l’ hamburger con falafel e il curry verde di Verdure. Tutto buonissimo!
